I want to thank Jeffrey and his staff at Eternal for the wonderful work on the monument for my Dad. Jeffrey was warm, friendly, and understanding. After speaking with him I felt very confident that he was the professional to deal with. I saw the stone on Sunday for the first time and my family was very pleased with how it looked. I found myself a young widow with two children driving to find a place to build my husband's stone. We came across Eternal and met with Jeffrey Cohen. He took us in and talked and really asked us what we would want. He listened to each of my kids and I and we created in design what we thought would be beautiful. Yesterday we were able to see it, and it was the most beautiful thing I had seen. He did an amazing job and we are forever thankful for Jeff and his entire staff at Eternal. Thank you again.

Roz was my first contact with Eternal Memorials - I had to handle everything from the West Coast. They were recommended by the Mortuary and they were so helpful and professional the whole way. I did pay them in advance, but they told me about the time table due to the seasons, how it was handled, and sent me sketch and then the actual photo when it was laid. I would highly recommend them. They made the final details very easy.

I went to see the foot stones that was cleaned by your company. It was remarkable it looked brand new. Thank you so much for keeping your word I do so appreciate it.

After my father passed away, several monument companies approached me to engrave his headstone. I decided to work with Eternal Memorials for several reasons, including a great reputation. But, above all, it was the people. I had many conversations with Roz, and she was unhurried, understanding, and unfailingly helpful (aside from having a native command of Hebrew, which helps in the engraving business). When I got a date wrong for his unveiling, they were able to dramatically rush through the engraving to accommodate it. Just great people to work with.

Many Thanks to Jeff Cohen for the wonderful compassion and workmanship Eternal Memorials did for my Mother's Monument. We wanted a mirror image of our Father's stone, made back in 1988. Jeff research the stone took pictures and the result was a beautiful stone that matched exactly my Father's. The whole family was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Eternal Memorials to any one who might need their services.

Losing a loved one is extremely difficult, but living 1300 miles away and having to select and make arrangements to purchase a foot stone is a very emotional and draining experience. However thanks to Jeffrey Cohen and his staff the process was handled with kindness and dignity. From the time Jeffrey said hello to me I knew that everything would be done to make this as easy for me as possible. Thank you.
