As a truck driver, I am stuck behind the wheel and in a stationary position for hours on end. I have to admit I also don't get a lot of exercise. I started experiencing numbness down both arms and acute pain between my shoulder blades. I took some time off work and stayed with my mother in NY. As my employment requires me to use my hands a lot, as well as being on my feet all day, a recent accident caused a lot of pain in my lower spine and tingling sensations down my arms. The pain in my lower back was acute and I needed a good doctor for pain.
