Our state of the art facilities offer goal-oriental enviorments where patients can rehabilitate with the help of our caring and suportive staff. Our highly motivated licensed physical therapists perform a comprehensive evaluation assessment for each patient. An individualized plan of care is then designed and implemented in order to facilitate a safe return to previous activites and functional abilities. We accept: Medicare, Empire BlueCross Blueshield, Empire BlueCrossBlue Shield Senior Plan, UnitedHealthcare, Health Net, 1199, Oxford, Cigna, Magnacare, Multiplan, as well as Workers' Compensation and No-Fault cases. We DO NOT accept: Medicaid, The Empire PLAN, or HMOs.
