Between me and my elderly parents we have moved 5 times in the past 4 years and had some truly horrifying moving experiences. Remarkable Movers has restored my faith in the whole process. They arrived promptly and set right to work. My parents aren't the most organized and some odds and ends were left unpacked. These guys had no problem helping me throw stuff into boxes at the last minute and their easy going attitude took a lot of the stress off of me. I will be keeping their number in my blackberry for future use and to give to all my friends and co-workers. Simply the best!

This is my first time using a moving company. I was skeptical at first, but they did an amazing job!! Remarkable Movers were very careful with my stuff, and very polite. I have two small children, and they were very patient with having the kids around. Not only are their prices fair, but they are very professional. They went above and beyond, and went out of their way to work with me!! I would def. recommend Remarkable Movers to anyone who plans on moving!!

I am glad I found Remarkable Movers to help me move. The crewman Mike and his team were excellent. They were polite, professional and worked very hard to make the move easy on us. Though it rained the whole time, they never stopped. I was worried what is going to happen to my new carpet. But Remarkable Movers took the time to put some protection on the carpet before they started the move. I cannot stop raving about how excellent these guys were. Also, the sales person on the phone Lenny was very helpful. Overall, I am extremely happy with Remarkable Movers ' service and I will definitely use them again.

As a woman, having trustworthy movers is even more important because I don't want to feel uneasy with strange men in my home. All of the 4 movers, that were on our moving crew, were the most amazing guys. Remarkable Movers were all extremely friendly, trustworthy and spoke perfect English (native English speakers). Even though my husband was with me during the move, I would have felt 100% okay if I were alone with any of the guys on the moving crew. This was important to me since I have had dodgy movers in the past and I was so happy with the professionalism, trustworthiness and friendliness of all of the guys at Remarkable Movers. Also, when we were done unpacking, the owner of the company came back out to our new home and collected all of the packing supplies that we had used. This was excellent because this way we did not have to find a way to dispose of them (although if you want to keep them, you can purchase what you want from them). The move itself was perfect: The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were extremely speedy and this move was very quick which made us happy since we chose to pay by the hour. We have had bad experiences in the past when paying by the hour that the guys would take a lot of breaks to draw out the move in order to make us pay more but there was none of that with Remarkable Movers! They were very quick and drove straight to our new address and unloaded even quicker than they had packed everything up! The driver of the van knew our city very well and he found our new home perfectly!

The Best Movers is Remarkable Movers

First started looking for a moving company on mover reviews since I felt we had a difficult move ahead. We have many antiques that, if damaged, cannot be replaced. We also had 3,000 sq.ft of home that we had lived in for 15 years to move. To make everything more difficult, we were not taking everything. We were moving what we wanted to keep and leaving the rest until we vacated the house in a few months. When the estimator from Remarkable Movers called to give us a quote, he had to really look beyond what was in each room since some of it was going and some not. And, to make everything better, he told me my 14" long long-arm quilting table could be moved intact instead of breaking it down into parts. This has saved me many, many hours. The other moving companies I contacted told me that they would have to charge me the same amount it would cost to ship a boat to have it moved in one piece because of its size. The estimate came in as the highest of the three I called for. The companies were Allied, United, and Wheaton. However, the final cost was the lowest of any of the estimates once

they had weighed the truck. The part of this move I most appreciate was that even though I had said I would do part of the packing, I realized I was not going to be able to do it all. I called the company. They sent out people a day ahead of schedule who immediately went into each room with me and started organizing what I had already done, and continuing on. Since the main problem was that I was running out of space in the house, they brought the moving van out a day early also so we could put the packed things into it creating more space in the house just to see where we were at!!! They went through each room several times to determine what we were taking and what was to be left. They were cordial, polite, and had a sense of humor. Remarkable Movers was great. When they arrived at our new house, they unpacked, stacked, and did everything they said they would do. I do not own stock in this company and I have to thank Citysearch for making me aware they exist. I would definitely recommend Remarkable Movers using them especially if you are in the Brooklyn or New York Area. Our Driver was Mike and the Estimator was Frank Lenore. ONLY company I will hire to move my home

I originally moved out of my condo and into storage. It didn't go well. I hired Remarkable Movers to move me out of storage and into my new home in New York City .

They were friendly and exceptionally professional. David in support was incredible. Everything was well protected, they seem to be taking their time but still moved me in fast.. I was expecting the move to take longer (one floor condo versus three story heritage home).

The most amazing parts were the large six drawer dresser (particle board with veneer) that weighed 300 lbs. Brought it up to the third floor without a single ding, scratch or scuff on it or the walls, ceiling, stairs, banisters, etc. plus the queen size bed frame with steel frame and hideaway storage compartment. Remarkable Movers were able to bring it up the front of the house and through the second story balcony.

Without question the ONLY Company I will hire to move my home is Remarkable Movers. They worked harder, took less time, made me feel totally at ease and for 2/3rd what other world recognized moving companies would charge. A total win-win-win situation.

Had to move as fast as possible from my old apartment because I had a light the next day early in the morning. I called up Remarkable Movers we set up everything in a short time and the guys were right over. Professional, Careful, Courteous I highly recommend New York Movers. Three young gentlemen arrived on-time in pouring down rain. They introduced themselves and went straight to business. Their organization displayed made me realize they knew their business and how to go about it quickly. Brooklyn & New York Best Movers { Remarkable Movers } came highly recommended to me from friends at my office - when I called, the guy who answer the phone (Mike ) had this quick respond type of representation (the way I like it) - he didn't waste any time - he knew the building I was going to move into - he knew how long it's going to take- and most important he made me feel comfortable : he was honest and this guy knew what he was talking about - every scenario I asked about - he had a direct, straight forward answer . The price was fair - and it was a guaranteed price – Mike explains how this system is better the hourly charges - and what can I say? It makes sense. The day of the move came - and the guys arrived 10 minutes early. The head guy - Lenny (I hope I got the name right) filled up the paperwork with me - and the next thing you know - this guys started to run up and down the stairs in a chain system. now, this no joke, I had a lot of stuff and everything came down 6 flights of stairs, this guys didn't stop for a break - even item that wasn't so important - they wrapped and protected, Lenny (the head guy) was commanding the guys and they obey for what ever he said with respect. It was like watching a Special Forces platoon in action. when we got to the new building the superintendent was kind of fussy - he start giving us attitude both me and the movers - but, again Mike handle the situation in the coolest way - the just kept working till the super came down. Remarkable Movers- VIP Moving in NYC moved our furniture and our client's furniture without a bit of trouble despite large and heavy pieces, minimal elevator and dock space, and did it on time and under budget. They stayed until the job was done without complaint and despite having to stay quite late. They pack a truck like no company I've used before, optimizing space while safely loading and protecting our goods. Do give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.
