After being a customer for over ten years, I ordered a pair of glasses, specifiying that I wanted Varilux lenses with Crizal anti-glare lens coating...my usual order. The man behind the counter made up the order, but when I came to pick up the glasses, he was busy with another customer. He handed me the glasses, and a little plastic packet indicating that, instead of Crizal anti-glare coating, which is a premium brand, he had substituted "Cristal Allure" anti-glare coating. I looked this up on the internet. This is a local supplier on 20th Ave. here in Brooklyn. I doubt that the cost of this anti-glare coating was the same as Crizal, which is an Internationally recognized brand, so, this merchant can not be trusted to be honest or fair, even with long-term customers.
